Designed for the placement of a single bridge supported on 4 or more implants.

This technique is often used when it is necessary to solve a prosthetic problem with implants, that are placed at significant angles to each other, to the dental row or to the antagonists.
Easy removal of the prosthesis when needed allows for adjustment, repair, replacement, cleaning of
the construction.

All components are screwed and all can be easily inserted and removed without damaging the implant threads or traumatizing the neighboring teeth. The abutment is placed directly on the implant immediately after placement, while the other elements of the superstructure are attached afterwards.

Each guided fixture driver has a stopper-free design with an indexing hex on its shaft to ensure the best prosthetic position of the fixture and to facilitate angled abutments placement.


The internal hex of the fixture is aligned with the hex of the guided fixture driver shaft. The guiding part of the guided fixture driver has an offset of 5 mm and 7 mm in diameter. A guided fixture driver of 5 mm is available in two sizes – for a narrow platform (NP) and for a regular platform (RP). Machine fixture drivers are used with a contra-angle handpiece at 50 rpms. Manual fixture drivers can be used either with a toque wrench or without. The maximum torque for machine fixture drivers is 70 N/cm and a 100 N/cm – for manual.

FIXTURE MOUNT REMOVAL TOOL
A fixtute mount removal tool is used to retrieve an implant mount from the guide in those cases, when it is difficult to do it manually. First remove a fixture mount fixating screw using a screw driver, then insert the removal tool and retrieve the mount.

A STACKABLE SLEEVE REMOVAL TOOL
A sleeve removal tool is used for assembling and disassembling of a stackable sleeve with a contra-angle handpiece at 50 rpms and with 20 N/cm torque. The tool is inserted into the inner sleeve for the ledge on the removal tool to fit the groove on the sleeve. To assemble a stackable sleeve, the instrument should rotate clockwise, to disassemble – anticlockwise. The silicone O-ring insert of the sleeve removal tool secures the sleeve fit to avoid dropping off inside the mouth.

FIXTURE MOUNT ADAPTORS
Fixture mount adaptors are used to introduce fixture mounts with fixtures into the surgical guide. An adaptor is mounted on the tetrahedral of a fixture mount, afterwards a fixture mount together with a fixture is inserted into the sleeve of the surgical guide with clockwise rotation until the fixture mount is blocked by the stopper. Fixture mount adaptors can be of two types: manual or machine. A guided surgery kit is equipped with a fixture mount adaptor extension, which can be very helpful in cases, when the standard length is not enough. An adapter extension is placed between the adaptor and the fixture mount.

HEX DRIVERS
Hex drivers are used to torque fixture mounts to fixtures. They are also compatible with healing abutments, abutments, scanmarkers, angled multi-unit abutments and transfers. Fixture hex drivers can be of two types: manual or machine. Manual hex drivers are available in three lengths: X mm, Y mm and Z mm.
